I Want Information Damon

The air in the cemetery is delicious, I've always found, and I take a moment to breathe it in as I wait for Damon to arrive. I hope he shows--It's not as if I can ask anyone else. Anyone else would ask me why I want this information, and I don't believe I can just say that I'm curious. Everyone is so suspicious these days--have no idea why though. I smile to myself.

I'm standing quite far away, near the tombstone that holds Elena's parents. After watching her grow impatient for a while, I decide to come out and walk up to her. I know I'll be telling her a damn whole lot of things, and somehow I don't even care. "So what do you want to know?" I say as I get within her hearing range.

I don't bother with pleasantries, I don't have the time, and get straight to the point. "I want to know why this Elena looks so much like my mother. I want to know why you and your brother still live here, and why you are concerning yourself with her. Do you enjoy bringing death to my family, Damon? Is that it?"

Despite what I told him before, I don't really want to know more about this town than I have to. I want answers.

I roll my eyes for I already know where this conversation is gonna go. And it's going to be a really ong one. Ohh well...
"Let's see... Elena's Katherines doppelgänger, we live here well... Stefan visited, I followed, he saved Elena, somehow it all got to we're both here protecting her. I used to enjoy bringing death, but now I rather dispice the hassle. Having to keep a low profile and all..."

I smile, pleasantly this time. "Well, isn't that a twist? A doppelgänger, hadn't seen that one coming..." I feel pensive all of a sudden, lost in my thoughts. "It's a shame that you don't enjoy killing any more, though. It might be fun if you could join me on a hunt... Are you sure you don't want to play? I could use someone who could show me around the town..."

Already, my mind is on different things.

"The people of this town remember, Suzanna. Kill one person, and I give it three days before you're dead. It's why I stopped killing, I would've been dead by now. I suggest you do the same."
I look straight into her eyes to make her understand what I'm saying.
"As for showing you around... Compulsion is a great tool, I do prefer my blood fresh."

I smile to myself. "Don't worry. I have a long memory too. I remember what it was like to be hunted by townsfolk, and I know it's not as fun as it sounds." I turn to face him directly. "And by the way, compulsion--isn't that like cheating?" I lick my bottom lip and smile wide. "I've never needed more than my looks to get whomever to do whatever I want." My smile this time is nasty.

"I don't want people running over the town square sreaming I'm a vampire. As for cheating, not so much. I see it as using the possiblities I have. Compulsion is just a handy tool that I use to make sure people don't know I'm a vampire."
I smirk as I always do and start to walk towards the Mystic grill.
"Are you coming?" I ask over my shoulder.

"Try and stop me," I purr.

"Now why would I do that?"
I started running, faster and faster, speeding to the grill in a few seconds.

I am only a second behind, but it is enough that it makes a difference.
